About
Imported by hand, sold by name.
Flamenco started with a problem: I couldn't find the products I'd grown up with in my new home. So I drove south. Met producers. Brought some product back.
Friends asked. Then restaurants asked. Then the van got bigger.
We work with fourteen families today — none of them at scale, all of them by name. The catalogue grows when we meet someone whose work we want on a Dutch table.
